You must be at least 18 years old to register on H999. Your date of birth is collected at registration and verified again when you complete KYC using your CNIC. To permanently close your H999 account, contact the H999 player welfare team via live chat or email. Before closing, ensure all open bets are settled and your PKR balance has been withdrawn to your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Deposits & Withdrawals

Third-party payments – deposits or withdrawals to/from accounts belonging to someone else – are not permitted and will be reversed. H999 settles PSL match bets once the official match result is confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the official tournament governing body. For most markets, this is within 30 to 60 minutes after the match ends. In-play bets are settled immediately after the specific event they cover concludes (e.g. an "over total" bet is settled at the end of that over). Winnings are added to your PKR wallet immediately upon settlement.

A cooling-off period is a temporary break from H999 gaming that you can activate instantly from your account settings. Options are 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or up to 6 weeks.
