H999 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Obligations

Welcome to H999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and H999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the H999 website at h999.cash and all associated services, products, and features available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, entering a Ludo room, or using any feature of H999 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use H999 and should close your account immediately.

These Terms apply to all players accessing H999 from Pakistan and govern all activities on the platform including sports betting, PSL betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, virtual sports, esports betting, and Ludo Games. H999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use H999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active H999 account.
• You must be accessing H999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law, and you accept full responsibility for ensuring your use of H999 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will, and not under duress or acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of H999 or any of its associated companies or licensed software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from H999 under a self-exclusion request or a platform-initiated exclusion action.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.

H999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and potential closure.

Each player may hold only one H999 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same identity or different identities – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent ban. H999 uses technical detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. If a duplicate account is detected, H999 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit all associated balances without prior notice.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. H999 accepts no liability for losses or service disruptions arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your H999 login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. H999 will never ask for your full password by email, phone, or live chat. Any activity performed on your H999 account using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact H999 support immediately via the official channels.

All deposits to H999 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). H999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount at H999 is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. H999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which H999 accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits are credited to your H999 wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment network.
• H999 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or deposits from payment sources not registered in the account holder's own name.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity. Depositing funds with no intention to play, for the purpose of exploiting bonus structures or currency conversion, is prohibited.
• H999 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that cannot be verified against the account holder's identity or that appear inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour.

By depositing funds into your H999 account, you confirm that the money deposited is not derived from illegal activity and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

H999 processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts typically within 10–30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 1–3 banking business days for bank transfers (IBFT). These timeframes are indicative – actual processing times may vary due to technical factors, network availability or regulatory requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount from H999 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, however large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification procedures.

Key withdrawal conditions at H999 include:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's name. H999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If a player has accepted any bonus or promotional funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full before a withdrawal can be requested from the related balance portion.
• H999 reserves the right to apply a KYC hold to withdrawal requests where identity verification has not been completed. Players are strongly advised to complete verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms, H999 may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered. The general bonus terms below apply to all H999 promotions unless specifically overridden by promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering requirement: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and free spin winnings carry a 30× wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The wagering requirement must be met using real-money bets at the applicable minimum odds or minimum bet amount stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the player's account along with any associated winnings.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards completing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10%, and some game types may contribute 0%. Full contribution tables are available in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus wagering: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet or spin stake is Rs 2,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus wagering may result in winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active in an H999 account at any given time. Players cannot stack bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.

H999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, or circumvention of bonus terms will be voided and the associated account closed.

H999 provides betting markets across sports including cricket (PSL and other formats), football, esports and virtual sports. All bets placed on H999 are subject to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the H999 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation except where H999 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit feature for that specific market.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. H999 does not honour bets placed at odds that were displayed in error.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered prior to the result being determined, H999 will settle affected bets in accordance with its market-specific rules, typically voiding the bet and returning the stake to the player's wallet.
• H999 reserves the right to limit bet amounts, refuse bets, or void confirmed bets in cases where the system detects irregular wagering patterns, potential match manipulation, or system errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• PSL betting markets follow H999's dedicated PSL betting rules. In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time the market closes, which may differ from the final match result in certain market types.

Any attempt to exploit loopholes, errors, or technical malfunctions in H999's betting systems is prohibited and may result in bet void and account suspension. H999's decision on all bet settlements is final subject to the dispute procedure outlined in these Terms.

H999 offers casino games including online slots, live table games, fishing games, and Ludo. All casino and game results on H999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game studios. H999 does not modify game outcomes.

Players accept that casino and game results are the product of random chance and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes. All slot RTPs displayed on game information panels reflect the independently certified RTP for that game. H999 does not apply jurisdiction-specific RTP reductions.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a gaming session:

• H999 will use server-side game logs to determine the correct outcome of any interrupted session.
• If a conclusive result cannot be determined from available logs, the bet stake for the interrupted round will be returned to the player's account.
• H999 is not responsible for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection, device, or network provider.

In Ludo Games, tournament outcomes are determined by the game's completion state recorded on H999's servers. Disconnections are governed by the specific reconnection rules published in the Ludo Games section.

H999 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial hardship, personal distress, or social harm. H999 provides the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from your account settings and take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss limits: Limits on losses within defined time periods.
• Session time limits: Automatically log out after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from H999. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 6 months and can be extended indefinitely.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on H999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system loopholes for financial gain. All such gains will be reversed and the account closed.
• Creating multiple H999 accounts for any purpose including circumventing bonus restrictions, identity restrictions, or self-exclusion orders.
• Using H999 to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. H999 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring H999 accounts to other individuals.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards H999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access H999 from a jurisdiction where the platform is expressly prohibited and using technical circumvention tools (VPN, proxy, etc.) to disguise your location.

H999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By creating an H999 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

H999 uses personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. H999 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

H999 implements technical and organisational security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect player data. However, no internet-based system is entirely without risk and H999 cannot guarantee absolute security.

All content on the H999 platform including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials is the intellectual property of H999 or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use H999's intellectual property for any purpose beyond personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, or make available to any third party any part of the H999 platform or its content without prior written consent from H999. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of H999's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, H999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to H999 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

H999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service caused by factors beyond H999's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the player's own errors, including incorrect bet placement, incorrect withdrawal details, or misuse of the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble on H999, including financial losses resulting from losing bets or negative gaming sessions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits H999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your H999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support@h999.cash. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.

H999 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, irregular betting patterns, identity misrepresentation, prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months), or regulatory requirements. In cases of closure due to breach of Terms, any balance may be forfeited at H999's discretion.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) with a positive balance will be notified by email before any dormancy policy is applied. H999's dormancy policy details are available from customer support on request.

H999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, H999 will provide advance notice to active players via registered email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless emergency changes are required for legal or security reasons, in which case amendments may take immediate effect.

Continued use of the H999 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using H999 and close your account before the amendments take effect. You may close your account without penalty during the notification period by contacting customer support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which H999 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of H999 shall first be referred to H999's customer support team for informal resolution. H999 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by H999's licensing authority, whose decision will be final and binding. You retain the right to pursue legal remedies available to you under applicable law. However, any legal proceedings must be commenced within 12 months of the date on which you became aware of, or ought reasonably to have become aware of, the grounds for the claim.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable local consumer protection law provides rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
